基于知识的装备试验管理框架构建研究

Study on the architecture of knowledge-based test and evaluation management of weapons and equipment

知识军事时代,知识作为一种重要的战略资源,已成为军事力量生成的重要源泉。将知识管理引入装备试验管理,是适应军事技术发展和作战环境变化的必然要求。在研究基于知识的装备试验管理内涵的基础上,分析了知识管理应用于装备试验管理的必要性,以及基于知识的装备试验管理的各方面需求。以此为基础,构建了基于知识的装备试验管理体系和管理框架。

Under the condition of knowledge-based military, knowledge has turned into important source of battle force as an important strategic resource. Inducing knowledge management in test and evaluation（T＆E） management of weapons and equipments is necessary to adapt to military technology development and fighting environment change. After study of the connotation of knowledge-based T＆E management of weapons and equipments, the necessity of knowledge management applied in T＆E management of Weapons and Equipments is described, and the requirements of knowledge-based T＆E Management of Weapons and Equipments is analyzed. On the basis of those, the system and framework of knowledge-based T＆E Management of Weapons and Equipments are established.
