摘要
钢筋定位作为大体积墩身施工的关键技术,是大型桥梁墩身施工的典型难题。文章以扶典口西江特大桥项目为例,针对大体积墩身钢筋安装技术难点,介绍了该桥通过设置墩底钢筋定位架、墩身劲性骨架的方式控制钢筋间距及保护层厚度的施工工艺,并评述该技术有效控制了大体积墩身钢筋的安装精度,取得了良好的效果。
The rebar positioning, as the key technology for the construction of bulky pier body, is a typi- cal problem for the construction of large-scale bridge pier body.With Fudiankou Xijiang Super-large Bridge project as the example, and regarding the rebar installation technology difficulty of bulky pier body,this article introduced the construction technology of this bridge by setting the pier-bottom rebar positioning frame and the pier-body stiff skeleton to control the rebar spacing and protection layer thickness,and reviewed that this technology can effectively control the rebar mounting accuracy of bulky pier body,which has achieved good results.
