摘要
基于ERP系统的成本管理信息化是现代施工企业信息化管理的核心体现,也是施工企业提高经济效益、降低成本的有效管理手段。文章阐述了施工企业成本管理的重要性,分析了施工企业成本管理的现状与问题,提出了基于ERP系统的施工企业成本管理优化模型,并评述了其应用功效。
The cost management informatization based on ERP system is the core reflection of infor- mation management in modern construction enterprises, which is also an effective management tool for construction enterprises to improve the economic efficiency and reduce the cost.This article de- scribed the importance of cost management in construction enterprises, analyzed the current situation and problems of cost management in construction enterprises, proposed the construction enterprise cost management optimization model based on ERP system,and reviewed its application efficacy.
