On Forestry Informatization Development:Trend and Tasks

信息化建设是林业现代化建设的重要方面,国家林业局对林业信息化建设提出了战略目标和指导意见,目前林业信息化建设还存在许多问题,信息碎片化、孤岛化,信息系统简单化、单一化,没有建立全面、完善的信息系统。本文分析了林业信息化建设的一般规律以及当前发展阶段水平和经济技术条件,阐述了林业信息系统的结构组成及关系,提出了林业信息化建设目标和主要可操作性的工作任务及策略。

Informatization is one of the key aspects in forestry development.State Forestry Administration has developed the strategic goals and guiding advices for forestry informatization construction.Current problems like information fragmentation,isolation and monopolized content and incomplete system were analyzed.Based on the review of forestry informatization technological development and stages concerned,the components and tasks as well as their relationships were illustrated.Key tasks and measures for forestry informatization construction were suggested.
