屋顶花园作为一种不占用土地的绿化形式,不仅有效弥补城市的绿化不足,还可以满足人们居住和休闲观赏等多种需求。目前的屋顶花园施工技术还远远不够成熟,施工单位缺乏相应的技术能力、操作不规范直接导致在实际施工中出现质量问题。本文以上海金虹桥国际中心屋顶花园施工为例,通过剖析屋顶花园主要施工工艺流程,以分部把控的形式控制屋顶花园施工质量,可为屋顶花园的建设和施工质量管理提供依据。

Roof garden as a kind of form without occupying the land not only can effectively make up for the lack of green city,but also meet the needs of people living and leisure,ornamental and other requirements.Roof garden construction technology is still far from mature,and quality problems occurred due to lack of corresponding technical ability and irrational operation.The analysis of the main construction process of roof garden,with Shanghai International Center of Hongqiao Roof Garden as the case,was made.The measure of partial control of the key steps was developed as construction quality control.
