摘要
针对目前工程管理企业进度管理问题引致的项目进度严重滞后,结合进度管理领域的前沿研究,构建基于缓冲的工程项目全过程进度管理方法。该方法涵盖从进度缓冲设置到偏差标准的设定,再根据偏差标准和缓冲对项目进行监控的全过程。该方法的运用能够提高项目进度管理精度,保证项目在可接受的进度偏差范围内完成。
In view of these project serious schedule delay caused by project scheduting management problems, combined with the frontier studies on scheduling,this paper puts forward the project schedule management method of whole process based on buffer. The method covers the whole process from setting scheduling buffer to determining deviation standard,monitoring and controlling according to the buffer and deviation standard. The application of the method can help improve the accuracy of project scheduling management,ensure project completion within the acceptable deviation.
