鄂尔多斯市退耕还林工程效益分析

为了进一步考察退耕还林政策的实施,对环境以及经济收入的影响。本文在伊金霍洛旗苏布尔嘎镇设点,对毛乌素沙区退耕还林工程效益进行分析,从生态效益方面对小气候、土壤风蚀量和林草生物量开展研究,在经济效益方面对农村家庭总收入和农户家庭收入经济结构进行调查,社会效益方面对退耕农户家庭消费情况和土地利用情况进行深入分析。结果表明,通过开展退耕还林工作,生态以及牧民的生活均得到明显的改善。

In order to investigate the implementation of the policy of returning farmland to forest, for the impact of environment and economic income. This paper set up stalls in Ejin Horo Banner Su Boer town, analysis the returning farmland of forest engineering benefit in Maownsu sandy land , from tile aspects of ecological benefit on microclimate, soil erosion and vegetation biomass research, to study the rural household total income and household income structure in economic benefits, the social benefits of the household consumption of farmland and land use situation were in - depth analysied. The results show that through returning farmland to forest, economic and herdsman~ life have been significantly improved.
