土地开发强度与道路容量的协调性分析

THE ANALYSIS OF COORDINATION OF LAND DEVELOPMENT DIRECTLY AND ROAD CAPACITY

土地开发强度直接影响到道路及交叉口的运行效率。如何协调土地开发强度与道路容量成了缓解交通压力、改善交通环境的主要措施之一。本文首先分析道路及交叉口交通容量和土地开发强度的二者关系,在出行量计算时,引入建筑实际入住率这一指标。然后在道路资源条件和道路服务水平规定的条件下,确定土地开发的合理强度值,使其产生的交通量在道路交通容量规定范围内。

The intensity of land development directly affects the efficiency of roads and intersections. How to coordinate the land de- velopment intensity and road capacity is becoming a main method to ease traffic pressure and improve the traffic environment. Firstly, this paper analysis the relationship between the road, intersection capacity and land development intensity. And introducing the occu- pancy rate into the traffic generate. Second ,within the limits sanctioned by road resource and the service level of roads, to analysis the reasonable land development（floor area ratio）. It can make the land development directly （floor area ratio） within the limit of the regulations of the road and intersection capacity.
