基于灰色关联法的中国对美国直接投资影响因素实证分析

Study on the Infl uence Factors of Chinese Direct Investment in American Based on Grey Correlation Method

近年来,随着中国经济向中高端水平迈进,产业结构逐步调整与优化,企业兼并重组日趋活跃,中国企业"走出去"步伐也不断加快,美国已成为中国对外直接投资的第三大目的地。那么,中国企业该如何叩开美国市场,实现全球化发展,成为一个值得思考的问题。本文首先就中国对美国直接投资的现状进行分析,然后运用灰色关联分析法从东道国角度对影响中国对美国直接投资的关键因素加以确定,研究发现:东道国贸易条件、行业发展状况、基础设施、市场发展程度以及企业运营等因素与中国对美直接投资存量的关联度最高,是影响中国对美直接投资的关键因素。最后,针对性地提出了增进中国对美国直接投资的策略建议,以促进中美投资合作的长远发展。

In recent years, with China＇s economy rising to the high-end level, industrial structure gradually adjusting and optimizing, enterprises＇ merger and reorganization becoming increasingly active, the ＂Going out＂ pace of Chinese enterprises is accelerating, the United States has become the third largest foreign direct investment destination for China. Thus, how to open the U.S. market and realize the globalization development is becoming a problem worth thinking about. This paper fi rst analyzes the status quo of China＇s direct investment in the United States, and then uses the gray correlation analysis method to determine the key factors that affect China＇s direct investment in the United States from the perspective of the host country. The study found that： the host country＇s trade terms, industry development, infrastructure, market development degree and business operations have the closest relationship with the stock of China direct investment in the United States, which is the key factor of it.Finally, puts forward the policy suggestions for improving China direct investment in the United States, and promoting the long-term development of investment cooperation between China and the United States.
