冠心病不稳定性心绞痛患者心功能分级与中医证候的相关性

Coronary heart disease patients with unstable angina functional class and TCM syndromes

目的探讨冠心病不稳定性心绞痛患者心功能分级与中医证候之间的相关性。方法收集冠心病不稳定性心绞痛患者病例共411例,参照心功能分级标准,结合中医证候进行相关性的数据统计分析。结果冠心病不稳定性心绞痛患者主要以心功能Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级和Ⅲ级为主,出现心功能Ⅳ级可能性极小;其中心功能Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级患者出现心血瘀阻证、心气不足证、气虚血瘀证可能性更大;与心功能Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级相比,心功能Ⅲ级出现痰浊闭阻证和痰瘀互结证概率增大。结论冠心病不稳定性心绞痛患者中医证候与心功能分级具有一定的相关性,可用于西医检查指标与中医辨证论治结合指导临床。

Objective To investigate the correlation between coronary heart disease（ CHD） in patients with unstable angina heart function classification and TCM syndrome. Methods Collecting a total of 411 cases of Unstable Angina Patients with reference to NYHA criteria. Combined syndromes to statistical analysis the correlation of data.Results Patients of coronary heart disease with Unstable Angina were mainly Class Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ in heart function,class Ⅳ heart function appears unlikely; wherein cardiac function Class Ⅰ,Ⅱ stage patients were more likely with the TCM syndrome of Xinxueyuzu,Xinqibuzu,Qixuxueyu; compared with class Ⅰ,Ⅱ,class Ⅲ heart function appear the Tanzhuobizu syndrome and Tanyuhujie syndrome probability increases. Conclusion Patients with Unstable Angina syndromes and cardiac function has certain relevance,and combined western medicine examination indexes with traditional Chinese medicine to guide clinical.
