大黄芒硝冰片外敷治疗恶性腹水

Malignant ascites by external treatment with rhubarb,mirabilite and borneol

目的观察大黄芒硝冰片外敷治疗恶性腹水的临床疗效。方法对恶性腹水患者76例进行回顾性分析,中药外敷36例作为观察组,单纯内科处理40例作为对照组。比较2组患者近期疗效及临床症状(腹胀、睡眠、饮食症状改善)之间的差异。结果观察组的近期总有效率为77.77%,对照组的近期总有效率为70%,2组近期总有效率无统计学意义,但2组患者的临床症状评分有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论大黄、芒硝、冰片外敷可以改善患者生活质量,改善患者腹胀、饮食及睡眠,且无明显不良反应。

Objective Observe the clinical curative effect of rhubarb and mirabilite and borneol topical treatment of malignant ascites. Methods In traditional Chinese medicine external treatment to 36 cases of patients as observation group,40 patients with simple medical treatment as control group. Compare two groups of patients i n the near future curative effect and Clinical symptoms（ Abdominal distension,bite and sup,sleep）. Results The observation group＇s recent total effective rate was 77. 77%. The control group＇s recent total effective rate was 70%. There was no significant statistical significance between two groups,but the differences between two groups of patients with statistical significance（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Rhubarb and mirabilite and borneol external treatment can improve patients with abdominal distension,bite and sup,sleep,has no obvious adverse.
