柴郁温胆汤及其拆方对产后抑郁模型大鼠血清生化指标的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨柴郁温胆汤及其拆方对产后抑郁模型大鼠血清生化指标锌、铜、皮质醇、环磷酸腺苷影响性,以期为临床上治疗提供有效依据。方法随机选取70只大鼠为研究对象,分成7组,分别为正常组、模型组、柴郁温胆汤组、化痰组、调气血组、养心脾组、马普替林组,每组10只,参考Katz刺激方法制备慢性不可预见性应激产后抑郁模型,采用原子吸收法检测铜、锌水平,采用放射免疫法检测皮质醇、环磷酸腺苷含量,邻甲酚酞络合法侧血清钙(ca2),硫酸铝发测定无机磷(P),对硝基苯磷酸法测定血清践行磷酸酶(ALP),苦味酸发测定空腹尿肌酐(Cr)。结果正常组和模型组在铜、锌、皮质醇、环磷酸腺苷水平上比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),和模型组比较,其他各组锌、皮质醇水平均提高,柴郁温胆汤组和调气血组铜水平降低,环磷酸腺苷水平提高,马普替林组铜、皮质醇水平降低,锌、环磷酸腺苷水平提高,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),正常组小鼠ca2、P、ALP、Cr水平明显高于模型组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),和模型组比较,其他各组ca2、P、ALP、Cr水平均提高,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论柴郁温胆汤及其拆方能通过改变锌、铜、皮质醇、环磷酸腺苷等指标而起到良好的抗产后抑郁作用。 Objective To investigate Chaiyuwendan decoction and its model of depression serum biochemical indices of zinc,copper,cortisol,cyclic adenosine phosphate impact resistance,in order to provide an effective basis for the clinical treatment. Methods The 70 rats were randomly selected for the study were divided into seven groups,namely the normal group,model group,Chaiyuwendan soup group,phlegm group,adjusting blood group,raising the Heart group,maprotiline group,each Group 10,reference Katz stimulation chronic unpredictable stress model of depression was prepared by atomic absorption assay of copper,zinc levels using radioimmunoassay of cortisol,cyclic adenosine monophosphate content,o phthalocyanine complex legal side of serum Calcium( ca2),made of aluminum sulfate determination of inorganic phosphorus( P),serum phosphate nitrobenzene law practice phosphatase( ALP),picric acid hair fasting urine creatinine( Cr). Results The normal group and the model group,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0. 05),and the model group on copper,zinc,cortisol levels of cyclic adenosine monophosphate,other groups have improved zinc,cortisol levels,Chaiyuwendan decoction group and adjusting blood copper levels were lower,the cyclic adenosine monophosphate levels,lower copper maprotiline group,cortisol levels,improved zinc,cyclic AMP levels. Differences were statistically significant(P〈0. 05),normal mice ca2,P,ALP,Cr levels were significantly higher than the model group,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0. 05),and the model group,each other group were improved ca2,P,ALP,Cr level,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0. 05). Conclusion Chaiyuwendan decoction before being removed by changing its zinc,copper,cortisol,and other indicators of cyclic adenosine monophosphate and play a good antidepressant effect.
