中医药防治肺纤维化实验研究进展

Traditional Chinese medicine in prevention and treatment of pulmonary interstitial fibrosis

目的为中医药防治肺纤维化的实验研究和临床应用提供依据。方法通过总结、归纳近年来国内外的相关文献,从肺间质纤维化的中西医发病机制、中医药防治该病的实验研究及中西医联合用药治疗本病3个方面阐述了中医药在防治肺间质纤维化方面的研究进展。结果中医药可以通过降低TGF-β1、TNF-α、羟脯氨酸、IL-6、IL-8、smad蛋白等因子的水平及抑制其相关基因的表达来阻碍肺纤维化的发展进程。结论大量实验研究表明中医药防治该病成为一种新的科研趋势,并且在分子与基因水平层面揭示了祖国传统医学治疗该病的作用机理。

Objective To provide scientific literatrue basis for the experimental research and clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine in prevention and treatment of pulmonary interstitial fibrosis. Methods Through induction and summary of domestic and international related literature in recent years,expound the experimental research progress of traditional Chinese medicine in prevention and treatment of pulmonary interstitial fibrosis,from 3parts： the nosogenesis of the disease in western and traditional Chinese medicine; the experimental research of the treatment of the disease in traditional Chinese medicine,and the combined treatment of western and traditional Chinese medicine. Results Traditional Chinese medicine can slow the progression of pulmonary interstitial fibrosis by lowering the level of TGF-β1,TNF-α,hydroxyproline,IL-6,IL-8,smad protein,etc,and inhibiting the expression of related genes. Conclusion A large number of studies show that traditional Chinese medicine in prevention and treatment of pulmonary interstitial fibrosis become a new trend of scientific research,and reveal the mechanism at molecular and gene level.
