老年人群需关注的体位性血压变化 被引量：1

摘要 随着人口老龄化加剧,老年人相关健康问题引起了更多的重视,老人高血压尤其是高龄老人高血压及其相关并发症历来是研究的重点。而老年人血压的体位相关性及其相关危险因素在临床上没有得到应有的重视。体位性低血压（orthostatic hypotension,OH）和体位性高血压（orthostatic hypertension,OHT）是血压调节异常的2种表现类型,常与多种心脑血管疾病的发生及预后存在重要关系,在老年人更加显而易见。
