公安民警终身教育训练探究

Research on Lifelong Education and Training of Public Security Police

公安民警终身教育训练既属于终身教育的范畴,又是一种职业教育,贯穿于警察职业生涯始终,其主要内容包括学历教育、在职培训、资格培训和考核。现行公安民警终身教育训练主要存在各自为政、走过场、不实用的弊端,可通过细化教育训练规范、调整教育训练方式、培养终身学习理念等途径来强化公安民警的终身教育训练。

The concept of public security police＇s lifelong education and training is defined as not only belonging to the category of lifelong education, but also a kind of vocational education. The analysis shows the main contents include edu- cation, on-the-job training, qualification training and assessment. The public security college training department, around education and training base and the practice of public security department investigation and empirical analysis shows that current police lifelong education training exists such defects as acting of one＇s own free will, going through the motions and unusefulness. We should refine the education and training, adjust the way of education and training, develop the public security police to improve public security police＇s the lifelong education and training.
