摘要
本文通过实地研究方法,以钢材交易市场为研究对象,分析其威权结构、融资结网与市场系统性风险之间的关系。研究发现:其一,钢材交易市场"威权结构"在"老乡网络市场"与"组织网络"重叠模式中因介入担保融资产生了变化,除了具有与格兰诺维特界定为"企业集团"特征之外,还具有"领导型企业结盟"的本土交易市场特征;其二,"融资结网"模式在介入"权力"与"强社会关系"变量之后,其风险传染机制得到了强化。据此,论文提供了一个"垂直威权结构"与"水平社会网络"相互促进而产生社会关系消极效应的实证支持,并以此解析近年我国钢贸行业产生系统性风险的经济社会现象。
Through on-the-spot case study method, and steel trading market as the research object, the paper explores the relationship between its authoritarian structure, financial network and the market system risk contagions. Study finds that： first, the ＂authoritarian structure＂ of steel trading market overlap- ping with ＂fellow townsman network market＂ and ＂network organization＂ has produced changes as a result of their involvement in financing guarantee. With Granovetter defined as ＂enterprise groups＂ feature out- side, in addition, it also has ＂leading enterprise alliance＂ in the local market characteristics. Second, ＂fi- nancial network＂ mode after the intervention of ＂power＂ and ＂strong social relations＂ variables, the risk transmission mechanism has been enhanced. Accordingly, the paper provides a empirical support for the mutual promotion of ＂vertical power structure＂ and ＂social network＂ in its negative effects of social rela- tions, in order to analysis the economic and social phenomenon of the steel trade system risk in China re- cently.
