基于福利多元化理论的融合式养老模式研究

基于对当前中国居家养老、机构养老、社区养老三种主要养老模式存在问题的分析,提出融合式养老模式,并从理论和实践层面对其进行了论述。其目的在于寻找一条内在、深层次的路径,构建出具有动力性特征的养老服务机制,全面体现养老的传统内涵和现代性要素,满足养老的丰富内涵和多样化需求。这种模式的探索是在养老资源的体系性输送、养老主体的多元化构成、养老空间的有序链接、养老阶段安排的相互并存等方面谋求一种系统整合的可能性和可行性,从而进一步深化当前的养老政策内涵。

Based on the three main problems existing in the endowment pattems, which are family endowment, institution endowment and community endowment, the paper puts forward the model of ＂integration of endowment＂, and elucidates from the perspective of theory and practice. It aims to find an inner, deep path, build up the dynamic characteristics of mechanism, show the traditional meaning and the elements of modernity of pension, and satisfy the richness of connotation and diverse demand of endowment. The discovery is looking for a possibility and feasibility of the system integration of endowment resources system sexual transmission, diversity of pension, pension, endowment space orderly link stage arrangement of mutual coexistence, etc., to further deepen the current pension policy connotation.
