摘要
目的探讨枯草杆菌-屎肠球菌二联活菌多维颗粒剂治疗婴幼儿继发性乳糖不耐受症的临床疗效。方法入选2013-06/2015-03月收治122例继发性乳糖不耐受症的婴幼儿为研究对象,据就诊次序分为益生菌组和常规治疗组各61例,常规组患儿采取常规治疗,益生菌组患儿在常规治疗基础上添加枯草杆菌-屎肠球菌二联活菌多维颗粒剂治疗,比较两组患儿疾病转归情况及住院时间的差异。结果益生菌组患儿治疗48 h后有效率(68.9%)及治疗72 h后治愈率(44.3%)均显著高于常规组患儿(47.5%,26.2%,χ2=5.694,P=0.017;χ2=4.346,P=0.037);益生菌组患儿治疗第3天大便次数(3.9±1.2)次及治疗第5天大便次数(2.3±1.1)次均显著低于常规组患儿(4.7±1.3)次、(3.5±1.2)次(u=3.532,P=0.001;u=5.757,P<0.001);益生菌组患儿治疗后平均止泻天数(3.1±1.2)d及平均住院天数(3.4±1.3)d天均显著低于常规组患儿(3.9±1.4)d、(4.2±1.5)d(u=2.416,P=0.017;u=3.927,P<0.001)。结论婴幼儿继发性乳糖不耐受症患儿在常规治疗基础上加用枯草杆菌-屎肠球菌二联活菌多维颗粒益生菌制剂可显著改善患儿临床症状,缩短患儿治疗时间及住院时间,疗效确切。
Objective To explore clinical efficacy of live combined bacillus subtilis and enterococcus granules with multivitamines in treating lactose intolerance in infants and young children. Methods A total of 122 cases of lactose intolerance infants between June 2013 to March 2015 were divided into probiotics group and routine treatment group by registration order( each group with 61 cases). Children in routine treatment group were adopted regular treatment,and in probiotics group were added up live combined bacillus subtilis and excrement granules with multivitamines at regular treatment. The prognosis of diseases and hospital stays of two groups were compared. Results The effective ratio( 68. 9%) after 48 h and cure rate( 44. 3%) after 72 h in probiotics group were significantly higher than them in routine group( 47. 5%,26. 2%)( χ2= 5. 694,P = 0. 017; χ2= 4. 346,P = 4. 346). Bowel movement frequency in probiotics group after 3 days [( 3. 9 ± 1. 2) times] and 5days [( 2. 3 ± 1. 1) times] were both observably less than them in routine group [( 4. 7 ± 1. 3) times,( 3. 5 ± 1. 2) times]( u= 3. 532,P = 0. 001; u = 5. 757,P 0. 001). The average antidiarrheal time [( 3. 1 ± 1. 2) d] and hospital stays [( 3. 4 ±1. 3) d]in probiotics group were dramatically lower than them in routine group [( 3. 9 ± 1. 4) d,( 4. 2 ± 1. 5) d]( u = 2. 416,P = 0. 017; u = 3. 927,P 0. 001). Conclusion Adding live combined bacillus subtilis and enterococcus granules with multivitamines at regular treatment in treating lactose intolerance in infants significantly improves superior clinical effectiveness,shorter cure time and less hospital stays.
