军医大学航空海上救生课程改革思考

摘要 目的突出实战化教学方向,改革军医大学航空海上救生课程,为探索建立面向部队需求的航空医学教学体系提供方向。方法分析军医大学现有航空救生课程体系现状及存在的不足,检索国内外军事航空海上救生训练进展,初步建立军医大学水上救生实训课程。结果形成"压缩理论,强化实战"的改革思路,精简了部分理论内容,强化了实习课程,并建立了水上生存实训课程的训练方法、训练内容和训练标准。结论通过开设航空救生水上生存实训课程,可以优化航空救生课程的教学效果,提升学员在海上航空救生活动中的生存能力,更好的满足学员的第一任职需要。 Objective To explore and establish a new aviation medical education system by highlighting the combat teaching and reforming the courses of aviation sea rescue in military medical university. Methods Aviation rescue course system in military medical university was analyzed. Data about domestic and foreign sea rescue training progress were retrieved. Sea rescue training course was established for military medical university. Results Reform of simplifying theory and strengthening practice was formed for compression theory,strengthen the combat. Furthermore,sea rescue training course,including training methods,training content and training standards,was established. Conclusion Sea rescue training course can optimize the teaching effects of aviation lifesaving courses,enhance survivability at sea aviation lifesaving and meet the first requirements.
