摘要
目的比较有精神疾病留守儿童、非留守儿童及正常儿童三者之间在生活满意度上的差异。方法精神科少儿病房18岁以下患精神疾病的儿童207例,其中留守儿童106例(留守组),非留守儿童101例(非留守组)。采用儿少主观生活质量问卷(inventory of subjective life quality,ISLQ)对两组儿童进行测评。结果留守组与非留守组比较,除抑郁体验一项留守组明显高于非留守组(P<0.05),其它各项生活质量满意度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。留守组男童与常模男童比较,认知成分的满意度明显低于常模,8个维度中同伴交往、学校生活、生活环境、抑郁体验、焦虑体验和躯体情感6个方面明显低于常模,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),家庭生活方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。留守组女童与常模女童比较,认知成分的满意度明显低于常模,8个维度中学校生活、生活环境、抑郁体验、焦虑体验和躯体情感5个方面满意度均低于常模女童,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精神科留守儿童生活满意度明显低于普通儿童和青少年。
Objective To compare the difference of living quality satisfaction among the left-behind children with mental illness,non left-behind children without mental illness and normal children. Methods A total of 207 mental inpatients under18-year-old were divided into 106 left-behind children( left-behind children group) and 101 non left-behind children( non leftbehind children were included group). And their living quality satisfaction were evaluated by inventory of subjective life quality( ISLQ). Results There was no significant difference in seven items between two groups except depression item( P 0. 05).The satisfaction of cognitive component and six of the eight dimensions,including interaction,school life,living environment,depression,anxiety,emotional body scores of boys in left-behind children group was obviously lower than those in normal children( P 0. 05),meanwhile,family life was no significant difference( P 0. 05). The satisfaction of cognitive component and five of the eight dimensions,including school life,living environment,depression,anxiety,emotional body scores of girls in leftbehind children group was obviously lower than normal( P 0. 05). Conclusion The living quality satisfaction of the inpatient left-behind children with mental illness is obviously lower than that of the normal.
