2013—2015年梧州口岸出入境人员疾病监测结果分析

Surveillance on diseases among entry-exit personnel at Wuzhou port,2013-2015

目的了解梧州口岸出入境人员健康状况,为加强和改进出入境人员健康体检管理提供科学依据。方法对2013—2015年梧州国际旅行卫生保健中心的出入境人员疾病监测数据进行统计学分析。结果梧州口岸出入境人员中,境内人员以船员为主,占79.91%。检出非传染性疾病以及传染性疾病3 148例,其中非传染性疾病2 465例,检出率49.33%;乙型肝炎病毒表面抗原(HBs Ag)阳性587例,检出率9.18%;病毒性肝炎48例,检出率0.75%;丙型肝炎病毒抗体(Anti-HCV)阳性24例,检出率0.38%;梅毒18例,检出率0.28%;艾滋病病毒抗体(Anti-HIV)阳性5例,检出率0.08%;活动性肺结核1例,检出率0.02%。境外人员以公务人员、来华定居和留学人员为主,分别占60.88%、15.68%、23.44%。共检出非传染性及传染性疾病56例,其中非传染性疾病45例,检出率7.59%;HBs Ag阳性6例,检出率1.01%;Anti-HCV阳性3例,检出率0.51%;活动性肺结核1例,检出率0.17%;Anti-HIV阳性1例,检出率0.17%。结论应重视对船员、公务人员和留学人员等重点人群的健康体检,预防传染性疾病在梧州口岸的传入传出。

Objective To investigate the diseases among entry-exit personnel at Wuzhou port,and to provide a scientific basis on improving the healthcare management of international travellers. Methods The data of diseases surveillance among entry-exit personnel at Wuzhou port from 2013 to 2015 were retrospectively analyzed by statistics. Results Crewmen was the main groups of the exit persons at Wuzhou port,accounted for 79.91%.A total of 3 148 cases of non infectious diseases and infectious diseases were detected,in which of them,the non-infectious diseases were 2 465 cases（49.33%）,There were 587 cases of HBs Ag detection positive（9.18%）, the positive detection of viral hepatitis,antibody against Hepatitis C virus（Anti-HCV）,antibody against Syphilis,anti-HIV was 48cases（0.75%）,24 cases（0.38%）,18 cases（0.28%） and 5 cases（0.08%）,respectively. A case of active pulmonary tuberculosis was diagnosed. Government functionary,business men and overseas students were the main groups of the entry persons,accounted for 60.88%,15.68%,23.44%,respectively.A total of 56 cases were detected,in which of them,non-infectious diseases were 45 cases（7.59%）,HBs Ag positive were 6 cases（1.01%）,anti-HCV positive were3 cases（0.51%）,active pulmonary tuberculosis was 1 cases（0.17%）,anti-HIV positive was 1 case（0.17%）.Conclusion It was should to strengthen the surveillance on mariners,government functionary and overseas students,and to prevent the spread of infectious diseases.
