摘要
目的掌握中尼边境樟木口岸蜱类的种类和组成,为口岸开展蜱类防控提供基础资料。方法 2014年3-12月,在樟木口岸帮村、立新村、电站沟和尼泊尔塔托帕尼镇采用布旗法与家畜体表捕捉法采蜱,进行分类鉴定。结果共捕获游离蜱1只,为微小扇头蜱。在樟木口岸捕获寄生蜱553只,经形态学鉴定为1科4属8种,其中微小扇头蜱为优势种,占95.84%;3月开始蜱类数量逐渐增多,4月达到峰值,5月以后逐渐减少。在尼泊尔境内捕获蜱3种124只,微小扇头蜱为优势种。结论基本明确了樟木口岸蜱类种群构成,为今后蜱及蜱传疾病的防控提供依据。
Objective To understand the species composition of ticks at Zhangmu port along the Nepal border,and to provide basic data for the studies of controlling the ticks in the future at the port. Methods From March to December of 2014,ticks were collected by using blanket-dragging and bodysurface-picking methods at three villages of Zhangmu,and Tatopani of Nepal as well. Ticks were identified according to its morphology. Results There was only 1 dissociated tick(Rhipicephalus microplus)had been collected. A total of 553 parasitic ticks belonging to 1 family,4 genera and 8species were found at Zhangmu port. The dominant species was Rhipicephalus microplus,accounted for 95.84%. The number of the ticks increased in March,peaked in April,and reduced from May gradually. 124 parasitic ticks were collected in Nepal,and the dominant species was Rhipicephalus microplus too. Conclusion The tick species of Zhangmu port was obtained,and can provide basis information for the prevention and control of the ticks and tick-borne diseases in the future.
