摘要
目的调查海南省蚋科昆虫的种类,为有效预防和控制吸血蚋类传播的传染病提供科学依据。方法 2010—2015年,采集幼蚋,经隔离培养育出两性成虫,再制片、鉴定。结果对海南蚋科名录进行修订,海南蚋类共4亚属26种。结论该名录是目前海南蚋科昆虫的完整记载。
Objective To investigate the populations and distribution of Simuliidae,and to prevent and control the simuliidae-borne diseases in Hainan province. Methods Blackflies in immature stage collected in 2010-2015 were reared till to produce adults. The adult blackflies were identified. Results Checklist of the Simuliidae in Hainan province had been revised. The new checklist contained 26 species 4 sub-genus of Simuliidae in Hainan. Conclusion The checklist is the most complete record in Hainan province at present.
