党章总纲简明扼要,但内容非常丰富,涉及到许多党的建设的理论问题。学习党章,要深刻理解党章总纲规定背后的理论支撑。例如,如何认识党的性质、如何认识党的共产主义的最高理想的丰富内容,如何科学认识坚持党的指导思想,如何科学认识党的基本路线和党的建设的部署。深刻理解这些内容,需要以马克思主义的方法论来把握。
The General Program of the Party Constitution is concise but substantial in content, covering many theoretical aspects concerning Party building. To study the Constitution, it is important to grasp the supporting theo- ries underlying the General Program, for instance, the nature of the Party, the rich content of the Party＇s ultimate i- deal for communism, adherence to the guiding ideology of the Party, the Party＇s basic line and the strategy for its building. To grasp these contents, it is important to employ the Marxist methodology.
