精细社会视角下中国农村精准扶贫的制度选择

精准扶贫作为一项新型制度,对当前中国农村扶贫开发提出了新的要求。从精细社会理论视角探究精准扶贫的制度建构,可以将精细社会"精、准、细、严"的核心思想内化为农村精准扶贫的制度性选择。根据精细社会所包含的制度领域的精细化标准,精准扶贫的制度建构应该进一步强化制度的精细化建设,提高制度运行的规范化与协同化能力,确保制度设计的理性化和专业化,从而使扶贫开发的制度供给侧改革向精细化和精准化转型。

As a new institution, target poverty alleviation puts forward new requirements for China＇s poverty re- duction efforts. From the perspective of a refined society, the choice of this institution is an internalization of the core values of a refined society, that is, ＂exact, precise, detailed and rigorous＂. In light of the fine standards of a refined society in terms of institutional construction, targeted poverty alleviation should give greater efforts to further strengthen the refined and detailed institutional building, improve its standardization and collaborative capability in running properly, ensure the rationality and specialization of the institutional design, so as to facilitate the supply - side reform of poverty alleviation to transform to a refined and precise one.
