摘要
以在杭高校青年教师为研究对象,利用主成分分析、因子分析、K均值聚类等统计方法研究在杭高校青年教师队伍稳定性的影响因素。结果表明,在杭高校青年教师队伍稳定性的影响因素主要包括工作吸引力、科研与考核、积极人际、工作待遇等。在此基础上,通过K均值聚类将高校青年教师分为工作探索型、工作敏感型和工作追求型三类,结合各类特点为提高其稳定性提出针对性的对策与建议。
The young university teachers in Hangzhou are chosen to be studied with the principal component analysis,the factor analysis and the K-means clustering so as to investigate the influence factors of their stability.The result shows that the factors affecting the stability of young university teachers in Hangzhou mainly include the work attractiveness,the scientific research and assessment,the positive interpersonal relationships,the treatment and so on. On this basis,the young university teachers are divided into three types by K-means clustering: the job-exploring,the job-sensitivity and the job-pursuing. Combined with the characteristics of the three,some corresponding measures and suggestions are put forward in this paper so as to improve their stability.
