小针刀治疗前斜角肌综合征的机制探讨

Mechanism Discuss on Small Needle Knife in the Treatment of Scalenus Syndrome

本文从前斜角肌综合征的概念入手、分别从解剖学、软组织"机械性质"假说与组织松解、针刺效应、电生理指标的改善、扩新原理、消除炎症、改善局部血液循环等原理对针刀治疗前斜角肌综合征的实用性、安全性及便捷性进行了有关论述,笔者认为尽管对针刀治疗相关疾病有所争议,但其疗效应该值得肯定与推广。

This paper starts with the concept of the scalenus syndrome, respectively from anatomy, soft tissue mechanical properties of hypothesis and loose solution, acupuncture effect, electrophysiologieal indices, expansion of new principle, eliminate inflammation, improve local blood circulation principle of needle knife therapy scalenus syndrome sign of practicality, safety and convenience have carried on the related discussion, the author thinks that although the needle knife in the treatment of diseases related to some dispute, but its effect should be worthy of recognition and promotion.
