公共管理专业课研究性教学改革思考与探索——以公共事业管理学课程为例 被引量:4

摘要 当前公共管理专业课教学面临两大困境:一是公共管理教学理论与实践脱节,二是学生的主动性和创新精神不足。研究性教学应用于公共管理专业课课堂教学的适用性体现在:有利于提升学生的学习兴趣和学习动力;有利于为学生搭建知行合一和合作性学习的平台;有利于培养学生的创新创业能力和综合素质。公共管理专业课研究性教学改革应重点推进教学资源改革、教学内容改革、教学组织改革、教学方法改革和学生学业评价改革。 At present,the teaching of public management courses faces two major difficulties:the one is the separation between theory and practice;the second is that the initiative and creative spirit of students are insufficient.The applicability of applying research-based teaching in the public management courses is reflected in the following aspects:it is conducive to enhancing students’interest and motivation;it is conducive to building aplatform for students to achieve the unity of knowledge and action and collaborative learning;it is conducive to cultivating students’innovative ability and comprehensive quality.The research-based teaching reform of the public management courses should focus on promoting the reform of teaching resources,teaching content,teaching organization,teaching methods and students’academic evaluation.
