摘要
新疆少数民族双语教育推进中U-S合作并不理想,虽然大学和中小学,分别以教育理论的研究主体与教育实践的行动主体的身份,在不断探寻彼此合作的方式和对接的方法,但如果大学和中小学的合作方式没有发生根本上的变化,理论与实践的互为创生就难以实现。文章分析了少数民族双语教育U-S共同体建设的必要性,认为只有大学的双语教育理论研究者与中小学双语教育实践的行动者共同协作,才能使分离状态下的双语教育理论与实践发生深度融合。同时,文章认为大学与中小学的合作可以为中小学的双语教师提供更多在实践中学习和在合作中发展的机会,大学研究者也可以成为中小学双语教育改进的外部促进力量,U-S双语教育共同体建设可以是理论与实践的U-S共同体、双语教师专业发展的U-S共同体以及文化融合的U-S共同体。
In spite of the fact that both colleges and universities and elementary and secondary schools have been searching for the channels of collaboration, the construction of the U-S community in Xinjiang's ethnic bilingual education is far from satisfaction.Unless there is a fundamental change in the way of collaboration between universities and schools, it would be hard for the theory and practice of bilingual education to complement each other.It is held that the in-depth integration of bilingual education theory and practice can only be achieved with the collectivecollaboration between the theory researchers in colleges and universities and the practitioners in primary and high schools. The author also points out that a good cooperation between the two sides would provide bilingual teachers with more opportunities to practice and develop themselves, and meanwhile make college researchers the exterior force for bilingual education reforms. The U-S community should be a community of theory and practice, a community beneficial for bilingual teachers' professional development,and a community of cultural blending.
