摘要
本研究通过问卷调查考察了对陕西某高校远程教育教师职业幸福感现状及其影响因素,研究结果发现,远程教育教师总体幸福感指数为78.63,远远高于全国常模指数;远程教育教师总体幸福感及各因子在人口学资料上无显著差异;相关分析发现健康状况、学校满意度、职业认同、职业倦怠、成就动机与职业幸福感存在显著相关;回归分析发现,职业倦怠、教学效能感、职业认同可以预测教师职业幸福感。本文试图通过提高远程教育教师职业幸福感促进远程教育教师的专业化发展。
This research through questionnaire survey investigated the teacher occupation happiness sense of distance education the status and the influencing factors,the results found that the overall sense of happiness,distance education teachers index was 78. 63,far higher than the national norm index; no significant differences between distance education teachers overall sense of happiness and every factor in the demographic data; correlation analysis found significant related health status,school satisfaction,occupation identity,occupation? burnout,achievementmotivationandoccupation well- being; regression analysis found that,effectiveness,teaching occupation burnout sense,occupation identity can predict teachers' occupation happiness. This paper attempts to improve teachers' occupation happiness sense of distance education and promote the professional development of distance education teachers.
