电大行政管理专业实践教学模式的探索与创新

Research on Innovation of Practical Teaching Mode of Administration Management in Radio and Television University

围绕陕西电大行政管理专业的实际,以提高行政管理专业实践教学为研究目标,以陕西电大开放学院行政管理专业为样本,深入探讨了在电大开放教育环境下,影响行政管理专业实践教学质量提高的因素,初步研究了陕西电大开放教育行政管理专业的实践教学的构建,并结合陕西电大行政管理专业教与学实际,提出了行政管理专业实践教学的建议。

The main idea of the paper is based on the administrative professional practice at Shaanxi Radio and Television University. As a sample of Shaanxi Open School of Administration Management,we study to improve administrative management corresponding to teaching practice. We also thoroughly explore administrative management practice of teaching quality in the Open Education environmental impact. The aim is to improve the preliminary study of the buildup of Shaanxi RTVU administration professional teaching practice. Moreover,combining the teaching and learning of Shaanxi administration speciality practice,we provide suggestions on administrative teaching practice.
