建筑业BIM技术的生产率悖论研究

A Normative Study on the Productivity Paradox of Constructional BIM Technology

BIM是应用于整个建筑业的信息技术,能给建筑业的信息化程度带来根本性转变。但是,BIM技术的应用对经济绩效增长仍然有限,这就是建筑业BIM技术的生产率悖论。本文提出建筑业BIM技术生产率悖论的几种解释,并分析了悖论的存在原因和消除方法。

BIM which is applied to the information technology of the whole construction industry,can bring about a fundamental change to the construction industry. But the application of BIM technology does not necessarily have a positive contribution to the economic performance,which is called the Productivity Paradox of BIM technology in the construction industry. In this paper some explanations of the Productivity Paradox are given by author,while reasons and elimination methods of paradox are analyzed.
