2009-2015年河北省审定小麦品种的聚类及产量分析

Cluster and Yield Analysis of Hebei Registered Wheat Varieties during 2009-2015

为了解近年来河北省小麦育种现状,以2009-2015年河北省审定的52个小麦品种为材料,并用4个农艺性状(株高、穗粒数、千粒重和容重)和5个品质指标(粗蛋白、湿面筋、沉降值、吸水率和稳定时间)对其进行聚类分析。结果表明,52个小麦品种被聚为4大类,第Ⅰ类包括17个品种,其容重、粗蛋白、湿面筋、沉降值、吸水率和稳定时间最低;第Ⅱ类包括7个品种,这类品种突出特点是面团稳定时间长,沉降值、粗蛋白、湿面筋含量最高,属于优质强筋小麦品种;第Ⅲ类包括16个品种,其容重和千粒重最高,株高最低,其它指标属于中等水平;第Ⅳ类包括12个品种,这类品种的各项被测指标均属于中等水平。聚类结果与系谱关系基本一致,近年来河北省小麦审定品种平均产量呈增加趋势。

In order to understand the current situation of wheat breeding in Hebei Province,4 agronomic characters（ plant height,kernels per spike,1 000-grain weight,bulk density） and 5 quality indexes（ crude protein content,wet gluten content,sedimentation value,water absorption and dough stability time） of 52 wheat varieties which passed provincial certification during 2009-2015 in Hebei Province were detected.Clustering analysis was also conducted. The results indicated that 52 wheat varieties were clustered into 4groups. The group Ⅰ included 17 wheat varieties with the lowest bulk density,crude protein content,wet gluten content,sedimentation value,water absorption and dough stability time. The group Ⅱ contained 7 high quality and strong gluten wheat varieties with the longest dough stability time and the highest sedimentation value,crude protein and wet gluten content. The group Ⅲ included 16 wheat varieties with the highest bulk density and 1 000-grain weight,the lowest plant height and other indexes in the medium level. The groupⅣ contained 12 wheat varieties with all indexes in the medium level. The clustering results were basically consistent with the pedigree. The average yield of wheat varieties authorized in Hebei Province showed an increasing trend in recent years.
