摘要
以云南景洪49株野生古茶树资源为材料,采用高效液相色谱法测定茶叶中的咖啡碱(CAF)含量,用儿茶素总量、茶多酚和氨基酸含量3个生化指标对低CAF古茶树资源品质进行综合评价。结果表明,49株古茶树资源CAF含量变幅为0.55%~4.76%,平均含量为3.04%,初步筛选出曼加坡坎3号、光明水库2号、大寨5号和曼加坡坎6号大茶树4个低咖啡碱特异古茶树资源,其中曼加坡坎6号大茶树CAF含量最低,曼加坡坎3号和光明水库2号大茶树属高茶多酚资源,可为开发特色茶产品提供资源。
The caffeine( CAF) content of 49 wild ancient tea tree germplasms from Jinghong City of Yunnan Province were detected using high performance liquid chromatography( HPLC). Then the synthetic quality evaluation of screened tea germplasms with low CAF content was carried out with 3 biochemical indexes,including epigallocatechin gallate content,tea polyphenol content and free amino acid content. The results showed that the CAF content of 49 ancient tea trees ranged from 0. 55% to 4. 76% with an average of3. 04%. After preliminary screening,4 tea germplasms with low CAF content were screened,including Manjiapokan No 3,Guangming Reservoir No 2,Dazhai No 5 and Manjiapokan No 6. Among which,Manjiapokan No6 had the lowest CAF content,and Manjiapokan No 3 and Guangming Reservoir No 2 belonged to the high tea polyphenol germplasms. They provided fine germplasm resources for the development of special tea products.
