云南大叶茶树种质材料春梢生化成分比较 被引量:1

Comparison of Biochemical Compositions in Spring Shoots of Different Yunnan Big-Leaf Tea Germplasm Materials

摘要 以云南大叶茶区10份地方茶树材料作为供试材料,取其春梢1芽2叶加工成蒸青茶样,并对其水浸出物、茶多酚、咖啡碱、氨基酸、儿茶素等生化成分进行分析。结果表明,材料8-10和6-5可作为优质红茶备选材料,而2-4、4-18和5-2可以作为优质绿茶备选材料。本研究可为优质大叶茶树资源筛选和云南大叶茶的优质、高产提供参考。 Ten local tea tree materials from Yunnan area were selected as the test materials. Their spring shoots with one bud and two leaves were processed into steamed green samples,and then the water extract,tea polyphenols,caffeine,amino acids,catechins and other biochemical compositions were analyzed. The results showed that 8-10 and 6-5 could be used as the alternative materials for breeding high quality black tea,and2-4,4-18 and 5-2 could be used as alternative materials for breeding high quality green tea. This study could provide references for selecting good quality big-leaf tea germplasms and their high-quality and high-yielding production.
