春雷霉素与叶枯唑对黄瓜细菌性角斑病菌的联合毒力 被引量:7

摘要 为明确春雷霉素(Kasugamycin)与叶枯唑(Bismerthiazol)混配对黄瓜细菌性角斑病菌(Pseudomonas syringe pv.lachrymanas)的增效作用及最佳配比,采用浑浊度法测定了春雷霉素与叶枯唑混配对黄瓜细菌性角斑病菌的毒力。结果表明:春雷霉素、叶枯唑对黄瓜细菌性角斑病菌的EC50分别为8.739、39.227mg·L-1,春雷霉素对黄瓜细菌性角斑病菌的室内生物活性明显高于叶枯唑;春雷霉素与叶枯唑混配对黄瓜细菌性角斑病菌表现为增效作用,5个配比中,1∶5配比的SR为1.71,增效作用最明显。 In order to clarify the synergistic effects of kasugamycin and bismerthiazol to Pseudomonas syringae pv. lachrymans,and to find the best mixture ratio of two preparations,the toxicities of kasugamycin and bismerthiazol and their mixtures at five different ratios against P. syringae were tested by turbidity method. The results showed that the EC50 of P. syringae were 8. 739 mg·L-1and 39. 227 mg·L-1,respectively,when affected by kasugamycin and bismerthiazol,and the indoor toxicity of kasugamycin was obviously higher than that of bismerthiazol. There was synergism between kasugamycin and bismerthiazol. In the 5 different mixture ratios,the ratio of 1∶ 5 with the synergistic coefficient as 1. 71 had the strongest synergistic effect.
