绿盲蝽越冬卵在鲁北地区冬枣树上空间分布型及抽样技术研究 被引量:4

摘要 近年来,由于Bt抗虫棉以及枣棉间作种植模式的大面积推广,绿盲蝽由原来的次级害虫变为主要害虫,在鲁北地区发生日趋猖獗。为了明确其越冬卵在鲁北地区冬枣树上的空间分布,及时采取有效的防控措施,在林间调查的基础上,采取随机取样和Iwao回归分析法对鲁北地区绿盲蝽越冬卵的空间分布型、抽样技术进行了研究。结果表明,绿盲蝽越冬卵在冬枣树上呈聚集分布,且符合负二项分布,其聚集原因是由昆虫习性和环境共同引起。同时,应用Iwao统计方法,确定了理论抽样数和序贯抽样模型。 In the north of Shandong Province,with the popularizing of Bt cotton and the interplanting pattern of jujube with cotton in recent years,the Lygus lucortum occurred more rampantly and became the major pest. In order to make clear the spatial distribution of overwintering eggs of Lygus lucortum on ‘Dongzao'jujube trees in the north of Shandong Province and carry out control measures effectively and timely,on the basis of forest survey,the spatial distribution pattern and sampling technique of overwintering eggs of Lygus lucortum were studied using random sampling and Iwao regression analysis. The results showed that the overwintering eggs of Lygus lucortum showed aggregation distribution on ‘Dongzao'jujube trees,which met the negative binomial distribution. This distribution pattern resulted from the insect habits and the circumstances. As the same time,the optimal theoretical sampling number and sequential sampling model were determined with Iwao regression analysis.
