摘要
目的探讨量化教学模式在外科基本操作技能教学与评估中的应用。方法将60例未学习过缝合打结的学生,随机分为量化教学模式授课组(30例)和传统教学模式授课组(30例)。通过操作考试,在研究结束时对学生进行量化评分,评价效果。结果操作考试评分满分为10分,量化教学模式授课组平均得分为(8.75±0.22)分,明显高于传统教学模式授课组平均得分(7.50±0.67)分(P<0.01)。结论在外科基本操作技能教学与评估中开展量化教学模式,有助于提高实习学生的外科操作能力。
Objective To investigate the effect of quantitative management in the operation basic skill of general surgery teaching evaluation. Methods A total of 60 students who had no prior experience with operation basic skill of general surgery were randomly divided into two groups: quantitative management group(30 cases) and traditional approaches group(30 cases). The test score was compared between two groups. Results The quantitative management group had a mean test score of(8.75±0.22)(out of 10), and the traditional approaches group was(7.50±0.67), there was significant difference between two groups(P〈0.01). Conclusion Application of this quantitative management may help to promote the real results of the operation basic skill teaching in general surgery.
