井下套管阀在印尼NEB Basement-2井控压钻井中的应用

摘要 NEB Basement-2井为印度尼西亚JABUNG区块的一口定向井探井,本井采用井下套管阀配套控压钻井技术实现了不压井起下钻、试油作业等,避免了频繁转换钻井液污染储层及有效保障了空井筒条件下的作业安全。阐述了井下套管阀的现场安装工艺流程、控压起下钻的开关程序及现场应用效果。实践表明,配套应用井下套管阀并科学优化控压钻井施工工艺,可及时发现油气层、减少钻井复杂、节约钻井成本和保障井筒作业安全。 NEB Basement-2 well is a directional exploring well of Indonesia JABUNG block.This well applied DDV with MPD drilling technology and achieved no killing well tripping and well testing operation,has avoided reservoir pollution by frequently transforming drilling fluid and effectively guaranteed safety operation while on open-hole condition.In this paper,DDV on-site rig up technical process is demonstrated,matching MPD tripping on-off procedures and field application effect.Practice shows that accessory application DDV and scientific optimization MPD operation technology can find oil gas layer in time,reduce drilling complex,save drilling cost and ensure borehole operation safety.
