摘要
随着纳米技术的不断发展,二氧化硅空心微球在生物化工、医药、光学、催化、复合材料等领域有着广阔的运用前景。本文将二氧化硅空心微球作为药物载体的优势进行阐述,并对近几年二氧化硅空心微球的制备方法进行综述,对其在药物制剂领域的发展进行展望。
With the development of the nanotechnology ,hollow silica micrpspheres have a broad prospect in biochemical engineering,medicine ,photology,catalysis, composite material, etc.This article reviewed the advantage of hollow silica micrp- spheres as a drug carrier, summarized the preparation methods of hollow silica micrpspheres in recent years, and prospected the development of it in the field of pharmaceutical preparations.
