丹参酮Ⅱ_A磺酸钠联合环磷腺苷葡胺治疗慢性心力衰竭临床观察

Clinical observation on the treatment of congestive heart failure with sodium tanshinone sulfonate combined with meglumine adenosine cyclophosphate

目的观察丹参酮Ⅱ_A磺酸钠(STS)和环磷腺苷葡胺(MAC)联合治疗慢性心力衰竭(CHF)的临床疗效。方法在常规心衰治疗的基础上,将72例慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为3组。丹参酮Ⅱ_A磺酸钠组24例,丹参酮Ⅱ_A磺酸钠60 mg溶入5%葡萄糖液250 m L静脉输注,每天1次,14 d为1个疗程。环磷腺苷葡胺组24例,将环磷腺苷葡胺120 mg加入5%葡萄糖液150 m L,静脉输注,每天1次,14 d为1个疗程。丹参酮Ⅱ_A磺酸钠联合环磷腺苷葡胺组24例,丹参酮Ⅱ_A磺酸钠、环磷腺苷葡胺的用法、用量与两种药物单用相同。观察比较3组的临床疗效。结果丹参酮Ⅱ_A磺酸钠联合环磷腺苷葡胺组临床总有效率95.8%,优于环磷腺苷葡胺组87.5%、丹参酮Ⅱ_A磺酸钠组85.3%,与两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,丹参酮Ⅱ_A磺酸钠联合环磷腺苷葡胺组左心室舒张末期内径(LVD)、左室收缩末期内径(LVS)、左室射血分数(LVEF)、心输出量(CO)、N末端B型脑钠钛前体(NTpro BNP)浓度改善优于丹参酮Ⅱ_A磺酸钠组、环磷腺苷葡胺组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规心衰治疗基础上,应用丹参酮Ⅱ_A磺酸钠注射液联合环磷腺苷葡胺治疗慢性心力衰竭有效,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of sodium tanshinone sulfonate（STS） and meglumine adenosine cyclophosphate（ MAC ） combined with the treatment of congestive heart failure l CHF ）.Methods On the basis of routine treatment for CHF,72 cases of CHF patients were randomly divided into 3 groups.24 cases of STS group,STS 60 mg dis- solved in 5% glucose injection 250 mL intravenous infusion, 1 times daily, 14 d for 1 courses.24 cases of MAC group, MAC 120 mg in 5% glucose 150 mL intravenous infusion, 1 times daily, 14 d for 1 courses.24 cases of STS combined with MAC group, the usage and dosage of MAC combined with STS were the same as the two drugs alone.Clinical efficacy of the three groups were observed and compared. Results The clinical total effective rate of STS combined with MAC group was 95.8% ,better than that of MAC group 87.5% and STS group 85.3% ,and there was significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05） .After treatment, STS combined with MAC group,left ventricular diastolic end systolic diameter （LVD） ,left ventricular end systolic diameter （ LVS ） , left ventricular ejection ejection fraction （LVEF） , cardiac output （ CO ） , N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic titanium（NT-proBNP） concentration improve was superior to that of STS group and MAC group, the difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion On the basis of conventional treatment of heart failure, the application of Sodium Tanshinone Sulfonate Injection combined with MAC in the treatment of CHF was effective and worthy of clinical application.
