黏弹性颗粒驱油剂注入性能研究 被引量:12

摘要 通过填砂管驱替实验,研究了温度、矿化度、注入速度、注入浓度、孔喉直径与黏弹性颗粒驱油剂粒径中值比值等因素对黏弹性颗粒驱油剂注入能力的影响。研究表明,黏弹性颗粒驱油剂以"堆积堵塞—压力升高—变形通过—压力降低"的方式在多孔介质中运移,具有良好的非均质调整能力。温度、矿化度对黏弹性颗粒驱油剂注入能力影响较小;随着注入速度、注入浓度的增加,黏弹性颗粒驱油剂的注入压力增大;孔喉直径与黏弹性颗粒驱油剂粒径中值比值对黏弹性颗粒驱油剂注入能力影响较大,该值在0.008~0.014时,黏弹性颗粒驱油剂具有良好的深部调驱效果。 The effects of the temperature,salinity,injection rate and concentration of displacement agent and the ratio of core pore throat diameter to median size of PPG particle on the injection performance of PPG displacement agent were studied through sand-filling tube displacement experiment. The results show that PPG displacement agent migrates in porous medium in the form of " piling up and plugging-pressure rising-deforming and passing through pore throat-pressure reducing",and it has good adjustment ability to reservoir heterogeneity. The effects of temperature and salinity on the injection performance are a little; the injection pressure increases with the increase of injection rate and displacement agent concentration; the ratio of core pore throat diameter to median size of PPG particle has greater effect on the injection performance,and when it is in the range of 0. 008 ~ 0. 014 the PPG displacement agent has good deep profile control effect.
