摘要
为了解抽油机减速器润滑油在使用中渗入一定水分后的性能,研究了在抽油机专用润滑剂J-320B产品中加入不同含量的水分并放置一定时间后,水分含量与产品低温流动性等基本使用性能之间的关系。重点采用旋转氧弹试验法考察了产品的氧化安定性,采用四球机试验法考察了产品的极压、抗磨性能。结果表明,当含水率小于5.0%时,水分对产品的低温流动性、防腐性、防锈性、氧化安定性等使用性能没有明显影响,但随着含水率的增加,产品的极压、抗磨性能下降,当含水率控制在5.0%以内时,产品极压、抗磨性能可满足质量指标要求。
In order to understand the performance of the special lubricant J-320 B for oil pumping unit,add different amount of water into the lubricant to study the relationship between its low temperature fluidity and its water content. The oxidation stability of the product was investigated by rotary bomb oxidation tests,and its extreme pressure anti-wear performance was investigated using four-ball machine test. The results show that if the water content is lower than 5%,moisture has no obvious influence on the low temperature fluidity,corrosion resistance,rust resistance and anti-wear performance of the lubricant J320 B. However,the extreme pressure anti-wear performance of the product decreases with the increase of water content. When the water content was controlled within 5%,the extreme pressure anti-wear performance could meet the quality requirements.
