盐酸贝那普利片联合金水宝治疗早期糖尿病肾病效果的观察

Observation on the curative effect of Benazepril Hydrochloride Tablet combined with Jinshuibao Capsule in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy

目的通过测定血清胱抑素C（Cys C）、尿微量白蛋白排泄率（UAER）观察盐酸贝那普利片联合金水宝对早期糖尿病肾病患者的疗效。方法将2014年7月~2015年12月我院108例早期糖尿病肾病患者按照用药方法分为A组、B组、C组、D组,A组予一般常规治疗,B组加用盐酸贝那普利片口服,C组加用金水宝胶囊口服,D组同时加用盐酸贝那普利片和金水宝胶囊。测定4组治疗前后血清Cys C、UAER值。结果治疗后B组、C组、D组血清Cys C、UAER均明显降低,与治疗前及A组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;D与B、C组比较差异亦有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗后B组、C组β2-MG、TG、TC差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,但均优于A组（P〈0.05）;而D组上述三指标均优于其他三组（P〈0.05）。结论盐酸贝那普利片联合金水宝治疗早期糖尿病肾病患者能有效降低血清Cys C、UAER,改善肾功能。

Objective To observe the curative effect of Benazepril Hydrochloride Tablet combined with Jinshuibao Capsule in patients with early diabetic nephropathy by determining the serum cystatin C（Cys C）,urinary albumin excretion rate（UAER）.Methods 108 patients in our hospital from July 2014 to December 2015 according to treatment methods were divided into group A,group B,group C,group D,group A received conventional therapy,and the group B was given plus Benazepril Hydrochloride Tablet,group C was given Jinshuibao Capsule,group D Benazepril Hydrochloride Tablet and Jinshuibao Capsule.The serum Cys C and UAER values in 4 groups before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,the serum Cys C and UAER value of group B,group C,group D,were significantly decreased,compared with that before treatment and group A were statistically significant（P〈0.05）;there was significant difference in group D and B compared with group C（P〈0.05）.After treatment,beta 2-MG,TG,TC in group B,group C had no significant difference（P〉0.05）,but was better than that of group A（P〈0.05）;group D of the three indicators were better than the other three groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The combination of Benazepril Hydrochloride Tablet and Jinshuibao Capsule in early diabetic nephropathy can effectively reduce the serum levels of Cys C,UAER,and improve renal function.
