针灸治疗周围性面瘫的效果观察

Observation on the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion in treating peripheral facial paralysis

目的探讨针灸治疗周围性面瘫的效果。方法回顾性分析我院2013年2月~2014年1月收治的90例周围性面瘫患者,依据治疗方法将其分为对照组与观察组,每组45例。对照组给予周围性面瘫患者西医药物治疗,观察组给予周围面瘫患者针灸进行治疗,比较两组患者的H-B面神经功能评分、面部残疾躯体功能（FDIP）评分、社会生活功能（FDIS）评分及临床疗效。结果观察组周围性面瘫患者的总好转率为86.67%,优于对照组的55.56%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组周围性面瘫患者的H-B面神经功能评分、FDIP评分、FDIS评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论针灸治疗周围性面瘫,可有效改善患者面部神经功能及临床治疗效果,安全性较高,值得临床推广实施。

Objective To investigate the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion in treating peripheral facial paralysis.Methods A total of 90 cases of peripheral facial paralysis who were treated in the hospital from February 2013 to January 2014 were retrospectively analyzed and divided into control group and observation group according to the treatment methods,with 45 cases in each group.Peripheral facial paralysis patients in control group were given with western medicine treatment;while,observation group accepted acupuncture and moxibustion treatment.The function of House-Brackmann（H-B） facial nerve grading scale,FDIP score（facial disability index,physical functions）,FDIS（facial disability index,social functions） and the clinical curative effect of two groups of patients were observed.Results The total improvement rate of peripheral facial paralysis patients in observation group was 86.67%,better than 55.56% in control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The H-B facial nerve function score,FDIP score and FDIS score in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the difference were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Application of acupuncture and moxibustion in patients with peripheral facial paralysis can effectively improve facial nerve functions and clinical curative effects of peripheral facial paralysis patients,with high safety and significant effects,which is worthy of wider promotion in clinical implementation.
