马鞍山市中高职教育衔接困境与解决路径研究

Research on the Puzzlement in the Connection between the Secondary Vocational Education and Vocational Education and Its Approach

马鞍山市中高职教育衔接存在衔接内涵的模糊缺失、管理机制的条块分割和人才培养模式与市场对接脱节的矛盾。为推进马鞍山市中高职教育衔接,提高人才培养效益和质量,必须厘清中高职衔接内涵,建立职业教育一体化管理体制,改革中高职衔接的运行机制,构建职业教育集团化办学机制。

As to the connection between the secondary vocational education and the vocational education in Maanshan,there exist contradictions mainly in the vagueness and deficiency in the connotation,the sectional division in the management mechanism and the disconnection between the talent cultivation mode and human resource market.For the promotion to the educational connection and the enhance of the efficiency and quality in the talent cultivation,it is necessary to make it clear the connotation of the educational connection,build the management mechanism to the vocational education integration,reform the operation mechanism in the connection between the secondary vocational education and vocational education,and establish the running-school mechanism by the vocational education group.
