摘要
培养应用型法学人才是独立学院法学类专业的人才培养目标。培养应用型法学人才,独立学院需对现行教学模式进行改革与创新,要完善法学专业实践教学内容体系,合理设置法学课程体系,改革传统的授课模式。
Cultivating applied talents of law is the aim of law major in independent colleges.To realize this goal,it is needed for the independent colleges to reform and innovate the current teaching mode,perfect the practical teaching system of law major,set up proper system of curses and reform the traditional teaching mode.
