赣南旅游扶贫发展模式与策略——基于利益相关者管理理论

Development Model of South Jiangxi Tourism Poverty Alleviation:Based on the Stakeholder Theory

以利益相关者管理理论为基础,通过文献查阅、深度访谈、质性分析等方法,对赣南旅游扶贫的现状及可行性进行探讨。根据旅游扶贫各利益相关者的利益诉求点,以赣南的特定状况为基础,构建赣南旅游扶贫的"一体两翼四助力"模式。指出赣南旅游扶贫需要政府加强资金投入并整合各方资源,需要旅游企业开发与农户相结合的旅游产品,同时应重视旅游者的旅游反馈和评价。

Directed by the stakeholder theory, the current situation and the feasibility of South Jiangxi tourism poverty alleviation were probed by means of literature review, depth interview and qualitative analysis. The in- terests of various stakeholders in the tourism poverty alleviation programs were dug up, and the specific situa- tions of regionth is region were presented, based on both of which a model of ＂One Trunk Two Wings and Four Engines＂ was constructed for the tourism poverty alleviation. It also pointed out the government needs to in- crease investment and integrate all resources, tourism enterprises need to develop tourism products with farmers, and all parties concerned need to attend to tourists＇feedback and evaluation.
