摘要
通过分析国内外利用废弃混凝土制备再生骨料的技术,探讨适用于试验室制备再生骨料的工艺流程。经破碎机破碎并筛分得到骨料粒径分别为5~10 mm和10~16 mm的再生粗骨料,通过对粗骨料形貌及物理性能的研究,分析再生粗骨料与天然粗骨料的区别。试验表明:再生粗骨料针片状含量少、表观密度小、吸水率大,吸水率与表观密度和骨料粒径呈递减关系,其中,粒径为5~10 mm的再生粗骨料吸水率最大,24 h的吸水率为天然粗骨料的13倍。
Through analysis of the preparation process at home and abroad of recycled aggregates using waste concrete, this paper makes a discussion on the technological process of recycled coarse aggregate suitable for laboratory. By crushing and screening, the recycled coats6 aggregates were obtained by size of 5 - 10 mm and 10 -16 mm respectively. The difference between recycled coarse aggregate and natural coarse aggregate was analyzed by research on morphological and physical properties of coarse aggregate. The results of tests indicate that recycled coarse aggregate, compared with the natural coarse aggregate, has little needle plate particles, small apparent density, and high water absorption. And the water absorption presents a progressive decreasing relation with apparent density and size of aggregate, to be specific, the recycled coarse aggregate with size of 5 -10 mm exhibits best water absorption, which is 13 times of the natural coarse aggregate.
