抗反流手术治疗Barrett食管的进展

摘要 Barrett食管是食管腺癌的高危因素之一,被认为是食管腺癌的癌前病变,而随着食管腺癌发病率的逐年增高,对于Barrett食管的研究也越来越受到重视。早期识别,早期治疗是治疗Barrett食管的关键。抗反流手术是治疗Barrett食管行之有效的方法,本文就其治疗进展作一综述。一、Barrett食管的定义及治疗意义Barrett食管是指食管下段贲门上方的黏膜由鳞状上皮被柱状上皮所替代覆盖。
